BATTERSEA HIGH STREET - Saturday 16th November 12-4pm

An afternoon filled with festive cheer! There's an amazing arts and crafts market, plus delicious food from Waste Not Want Not Battersea to keep you warm and performances on stage from local school choirs and musicians. The lights in the trees will be switched on by The Mayor of Wandsworth at 3.45pm.

RICHMOND - Thursday 21st November 5-6pm

Join us in George Street for the Richmond Christmas Lights Switch On. We'll have special guest appearances from the Richmond Theatre Pantomime, Beauty and the Beast. Enjoy the heartwarming melodies of local choirs and come see some fantastic festive surprise characters along the way. The lights will be switched on at 6pm.

TWICKENHAM - Friday 22nd November 3-7pm

Join us at the junction of King Street / Water Lane / Church Street withvarious musical entertainment including a young band from Powerjam Band Project, Step on Stage children’s choir, Brass Band and a Gospel Choir till 7pm with the tree and lights across Twickenham being turned on at 6.00pm.

WIMBLEDON -Saturday 23rd November 11am-6pm

Join us at Wimbledon Winterfest 2024! on the Riverside Radio stage in Queens Road we'll be showcasing the talent of local choirs and dance groups. Catch the ice carving performance and watch a block of ice transform into a stunning winter sculpture right before your eyes! Keep an eye out for street performers, and capture memories at our festive selfie spots, like Santa’s sleigh with reindeer. Don’t forget to book yourGlide and twirl on Wimbledon Quarter’s real-ice rink. Come rain or shine, it’s perfect winter fun for all ages and abilities.Stroll through the Christmas Market on The Piazza, where you’ll find tasty hot food, warming mulled wine, and a delightful array of seasonal treats. Urban Food Fest will be there too, offering even more festive eats and fun kids’ crafts!Wrap up the day with a spectacular fireworks display at 5 pm.

PUTNEY - Saturday 30th November 11am-5pm

Our community stage will showcase amazing performances from local schools, dance, and drama groups in Church Square, just off Putney High Street. Make sure you come along and support your school and friends performing. Frozen’s Elsa and Anna will perform Let it Go and switch on the Putney festive lights at 5pm. Explore Putney’s Frosty Films Ice Sculpture trail on Saturday 30th November. Following last years success we have even more ice sculptures coming to Putney this year. UK’s leading expertswill be transforming Putney town centre with 22 stunning ice sculptures. The trail starts at 10am and runs though to 6pm, weather dependent.

WANDSWORTH - Saturday 30th November 11am-5pm

The Wandsworth Christmas Festival returns this year with the Riverside Radio stage on the piazza in front of Southside Shopping Centre on Wandsworth High Street where visitors will be able to enjoy live performances from local talent, including music, dance and theatre. The fabulous Christmas makers market will be over the road in the Ram Qaurter. The Mayor of Wandsworth will join in the festive fun at 4:30pm.

BALHAM - Sunday 1st December 1pm - 5.30pm

Join Riverside Radio at Bedford Hill Place next to Sainsbury's for a wonderful set of perfrmances on the festive stage with the mayor switching on the town centre lights at 5pm. They'll be music, food and drink and mulled wine from Samuel Estates.

BATTERSEA SQUARE - Tuesday 3rd December 6-7.30pm

Community carol singing and Christmas music and brass band, mulled wine and mince pies, hot chocolate for children, Santa hats and much more! Organised by a team from St Mary’s Church Battersea and sponsored by a number of community partners. Come along and enjoy singing some well known carols, and fill your Christmas with joy and peace for all! This event will be recorded and played out on Riverside Radio during Christmas week.
